Our developments
14-storey redevelopment aiming to deliver some of the highest quality mixed-use space in London, including 500,000 sq ft of offices to upper levels with over 40,000 sq ft of retail and leisure beneath. This will be the most energy efficient building British Land has ever delivered, targeting a BREEAM Outstanding rating, WELL Platinum rating for wellbeing, and a NABERS 5 star rating.
